Hints / shipping costs

General

  1. Minimum order value is EUR 10,00 (incl. VAT).
  2. Please note: payment on open account is possible for institutes or other public institutions only.
  3. Of course you can order also via fax, letter or phone. For a simple way of ordering you can download our Fax form here: Order forms.
  4. We have all articles always on stock so we generally ship the day we get your order or payment if it is credited to our accounts until 14.00.
  5. Small quantities (up to 1000g shipping weight) are sent as letter/consignment. Advantages: many shipments can simply be dropped. Also we can offer small quantities at a fair pricing. Up to now we had not a single lost in over thousands of shipments even when shipping to foreign countries! In the improbable case of a lost shipment of course we will send you compensation.

We ship with Deutsche Post AG and DHL. Therefore shipping costs and delivery times are divided in the following regions:


If you want another deliverer please inform us when ordering. We will inform you then as quickly as possible about additional shipping kosts. In this case please do not transfer any money before you get the final sum from us.

Germany

If you pay via prepayment or payment on open account, there are no shipping costs! When paying with COD (cash on delivery) we bill you additional 5,00 Euro (incl. VAT). Please note that the Deutsche Post AG takes additional 2,00 Euro for transfer.

European Union

When destination is in the EU and you are using the Deutsche Post AG you will have to expect so following additional costs (pricing is including German VAT):

If you own an european VAT Id we will ship excluding VAT as an "intra-Community supply of goods" after checking your data. Because in this case we need an export certificate we will send as registered letter or parcel so there are higher shipping costs. We will inform you about the additional costs.

Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland generally excludes VAT. Because in this case we need an export certificate we will send as registered letter or parcel so there are higher shipping costs.
The following overview includes all of our costs (of course not toll and VAT you have to pay). Given prices are without VAT.

Unfortunately shipping of parcels to Switzerland is much more expensive than in EC countries, so we have to include these costs in the shipping costs.
