General
- Minimum order value is EUR 15,00 (incl. VAT).
- Of course you can order also via fax, letter or phone. For a simple way of ordering you can download our

- We have all articles always on stock so we generally ship the day we get your order or payment if
it is credited to our accounts before 14.00.
- Small quantities (up to 1000g shipping weight) are usually sent as letter/consignment. Advantages: many shipments can simply be dropped. Also we can offer small quantities at a fair pricing. Up to now we had not a single lost in over thousands of shipments even when shipping to foreign countries! In the improbable case of a lost shipment of course we will send you compensation.
Payment
- Prepayment
You transfer the total amount (please note our reference number on the transfer) to our given account.
As far as our experience goes online transfers arrive the next day, SEPA payments from the EU within three days.
- PayPal
After confirmation log in to your PayPal account and transfer the total amount to the given e-mail address. For PayPal
payments from Germany, EU, Norway, Liechtenstein und Iceland the charge is 3,00 Euro (plus VAT), for all other countries it is
5,00 Euro (plus VAT). Please note that we accept payments in Euro only.
- Cash on delivery
When shipping to Germany COD (cash on delivery) is possible. We bill you additional 5,00 Euro (incl. VAT) for letters (weight up to 1000g), 7,00 Euro (incl. VAT) for parcels (for weights >1000g). Please note that the Deutsche Post AG takes additional 2,00 Euro for transfer.
- On open account
Institutes or other public institutions and regular customers are delivered by payment on open account.
Payment target is 14 days from invoice date without discount.

We ship with Deutsche Post AG and DHL. Therefore shipping costs and delivery times are divided in the following regions:
If you want another deliverer please inform us when ordering. We will inform you then as quickly as possible about additional shipping kosts. In this case please do not transfer any money before you get the final sum from us.
Germany
If you pay via prepayment, PayPal or payment on open account, there are (except titanium tubes of higher lengths) no shipping costs!

Shipping to Switzerland generally excludes VAT. Because in this case we need an export certificate we will send as registered letter or parcel so there are higher shipping costs.
